Delivery Information

We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of order placement. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery, depending on your location within New Zealand.

For local customers, we offer the convenience of order pickup from our Burnside depot. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup, usually within 1-2 working days. In many cases, we can have your items ready for pickup within 24 hours.
